Dear user, no need to worry, pain become worst in periods mostly. I suggest you to check for calcium level in body by taking vitamin d3 test.
Apply heat fermentation twice a day or rake ultrasonic therapy to reduce pain. Intake of food that are rich in calcium and vitamins will help avoid pains.
Please get an usg done and also show an orthopedic. Use a hard bed, do back exercises in physiotherapist guidance. Take calcium and milk, eggs.
