Dear lybrateuser, -Have all your meals regularly, do not skip meals as it will make you lethargic & weak -you can have vegetables, dal ,legumes, beans, wholewheat chapati or jowar bajra chapati, brown rice, dahi, sprouts, salad, fruit, paneer, in non-veg can have fish, skinless chicken -start with a combination of above items even small portions will do -donot take too much caffeine in the form of tea, coffee as it reduces appetite -if you don't feel like having a meal have a snack like a fruit, yogurt, salad or a glass of buttermilk -do regular exercises to keep fit -drink sufficient water atleast 7-8 glasses a day for proper digestion.
