Hi lybrate-user, himalayas confido is an ayurvedic supplement for the stamina, performance, energy, contains (ashwagandha, gokushara and others), I cannot say whether it helps or doesn't help like viagra, but I would like to advise you that do not take any of either testosterone, stamina supplement without proper doctor consultation, and recommendation, and regarding not able to maintain erection without hand stimulation, while watching porn, it may be pschycigenic where a fear of loosening the erection may be make you do faster stimulation without a heightened sexual stimulation, so consult the urologist, for the future prevention of your sexual health issue.
