Hi, you hv not mentioned your age, please. Take homoeo medicines being gentle to use without any adverse effect there of @ rhus 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ led pal 200-6 pills, thrice a day. Avoid, cold intake, spicy, irritant food. Ensure sleep for 6/7 hrs in d night. Your diet b easily digestible on time to avoid indigestion to acidity, causing leg pain, too. Take care.
