Hi lybrate-user! you will be healthy if you have a healthy life style. Engage in physical activity for 30-45 mins 5-6 days in a week. Eat well balanced diet. Do not skip meals. Eat a small meal every 2-3 hours and don't overeat. Remember to drink a minimum of 2-3 liters of water daily.
