Hi, I am a professional who has a sitting job for 9 to 10 hr. I have put on my weight and now it's around 85 kg. I have fats mostly on arms, waist and lower part of body and belly. I feel embarrassing sometime wen I cannot wear the dresses and hangout for the parties. please let me know how can I reduce my weight. I also feel very sleepy hence cannot go to the gym regularly. Kindly guide.
