I'm losing my interest in eating. Skin becoming rough. What should i do for that?

Because of loss of appetite, your skin is getting rough. If you do not eat properly, your skin will suffer. Loss in appetite can be due to stress or irritation with heat. You should atleast take fluids like glucon d, juices, lemon juice, etc. Get a regular check up. Reduce the intake of alcohol or smoking. Take multi vitamins daily. Moisturise your skin to prevent roughness.
