Muje leg ke foot uper jaha shoes ki dori badhte hai waha 10 to 15 dins dard ho raha hai. Mai omnigel, moov,iodex ka malish kar raha hu. Baraf ke shake bhi kar raha hu. Jada chalta hu to dard badhta hai. Wo bhag upper press karte hai to dard hota hai. Main ne diclomol plus tablet bhi thoda din lee thi. Lekin aram nahi mil raha hai. Pls request kar raha hu ke maje best medicine alopathy me suggest kare ne ki krupa kare. Thanks.

Agar apko is bhag mein soojan hai tho kripya ortho doctor se sampark karein. sirf dard hai zyada tho physiotherapy clinci jaker Ultrasound therapy aur infrared lene se bhi dard kam hojayega.
