I am suffering frm too many problems. When I was 12-13 years of age I used to press my penis unknowingly abt d effects it will cause. But now I suffer frm problems like nightfall, urinary problem. Firstly whenever I urinate after dat if I sit or do some work some drops cn after urination. Secondly some sticky secretion comes out of penis after erection most of d times. Though dis secretion even comes out smtym without erections. Thirdly nightfall but nightfall rate has been reduced now after taking homeopathic medicines. It occurs once in a month. I am also underweight and too slim. Hairfall is also there and pimples. Though I am taking homeopathic medicines since a year but still these problems never finished. It increases or decreases. please help me out.
