Hi Thought process is continually working but my thoughts are about insecurity in any field So I always in insecurity mode and stressful. I am always in fearful mode. So please suggest what can I do?

Insecurity is a result of demand to be secured /successful all the time. This is an impossibility, this demand must go. Unfortunately that's a social conditioning you must be ready to fail. Do not be obsessed with results you win some and you loose some.
