My mother, 78 years, has been diagnosed with can pancreatitis and malignant ascites. Doctors have only suggested palliative care and symptomatic treatment to improve her quality of life. We want to have suggestions on 1. What should be the best nutritional diet and what supplements need to be given. 2. When do you suggest paracentesis or ascites tapping. Is it helpful? Thank you very much for all your help and advice.
