My mind is sometime out of control. My mind thinks every time some unnecessary thinks which I do not like to thinks. What should I do.

Hi lybrate-user, practice mindfulness breathing daily for 15 minutes. Take deep breath and exhale in between when thought comes don't judge them brin your focus back to your breath. Continue doing so. If there is any particular concern or thought which is bothering you consult for counseling.
