Sir I have not done sex yet. I feel pain I urethra. Like burning irritation. In urine culture test nothing found but first urine test I found some heat (infection). When semen come I feel little burning irritation some time tingling on top of penis. Some time I feel something come out from urethra but I so there is nothing. During erection I have no pain. My prostate and kidney size OK in ultrasound. During irritation my penis muscle goes down (sikud jati hai). I use flomax, levoflox from last 20 days by direction of UROLOGIST (medicine for 30 days). After taking flomax I feel good. I didn't feel so improvement and also don't know where is infection and how they come. Also morning erection are affected. No fever yet. This problem has from last 1.5 months. Is that any serious? Please help me what to do? It is possible infection without doing sex?
