I am 62 years male, my test report for B12 is 38. What precautions should I take? And what should I do to increase the B12 value. I am pure vegetarian. Please Advice.

Values of less than 200 pg/mL are a sign of a vitamin B12 deficiency. Vit b12 is only in animal products and dairy products. As u r a vegetarian, consume lot of dairy products. vit b12 supplimentation will help in this deficiency. Hope I answered your query.
