Dear lubrateuser, - Your appetite may reduce during summers as compared to winters - take more of fluids like juices, butter milk, Aam Panna, lemon water with honey - consume light foods like fruits, salads, sprouts, vegetables - avoid fried, spicy & jink foods - have plenty of water - do regular exercises.
