Hello, it's obvious that this traveling has put you into trouble, if you can't avoid it then you have to be very sure that you are maintaining proper back and neck posture while traveling. Strengthen your back muscles, core muscles, neck muscles. Take supplement of cissus quadrangularis 500 mg twice daily 30 min before meal for three months and witness the difference by yourself.
