Sounds your back has undergone a mechanical disorientation which is termed as biomechanical positional fault which needs to be corrected by a skilled orthopedic physiotherapist. In most of cases due to injury or fall the hip bone goes for anterior rotation which as a result put the low back at stress causing excessive concavity if the low back resulting into stiff low back and anterior thigh muscle. Hope you correct your problem by a correct way. Thanks. Hope it helps.
