I am 67 years old male. One stent was put in my heart 8-years back. But other wise I have no heart problem. I am using cholesterols lowering medicine regularly and my cholestoral level is well below normal with medicine. I am otherwise fit and no other symptoms. Two years back I randomly get checked my cardiac enzymes and though were very high (ck-mb 11.3 & cpk 6.67). As I did not have any other heart problems I just ignored this report. Two days back I again get checked my cardiac enzyme and these were again or still very high (ck-mb 15.3 & cpk 8.75). But I have no other heart problem or symptoms. I am not sure why my cardiac enzymes are high though I have no heart problem feeling. I want to know whether my higher enzymes are due to some cardiac problem.

1. Cardiac enzymes are highonly if there is any cardiac muscle change or damage. Instead of breaking your head better to consult a cardiologist for expert management.
