Use acoustic soda along with your toothpaste while brushing.
Rubbing banana peel over teeth for a week can help in improving whitness.
Avoid stain causing drinks like tea coffee red wine cold drinks.

Mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. If you are using just water you can leave it on for up to 3 minutes.

Best home remedy is to use banana outer skin which is rich in calcium and potassium so you better scrub that outer skin of banana on your teeth and after two minutes rinse with chill water you can feel a shade of white which is appreciable.

Hi. I guess you will have to visit a dentist to ascertain why your teeth are yellow in the first place. And am sorry to say home remedies aren't much of help to whiten.
