I am now 33 years old, going to stop breast feeding my 1.8 years old baby. My height is 5'5" and weight 60 kg. I want put on weight and reduce my tummy. Mine was caesarian for both babies, elder one now 3 years old. Please suggest me quick ways to put on weight while not increasing sugar and cholesterol levels.

Hi lybrate-user you need to do stretching exercises n surya namaskar or brisk walking for 25-30 min include foods like whole milk, whole pulses, peanut butter, banana shake, nuts, cheese, seasonal fruits n vegetables, green tea. Take chamomile tea before going to bed. Thank you.
