Dear lybrateuser, -The best time to provide fuel to your body by eating breakfast is within one hour of your getting up as after the whole nights fasting it will give a boost to your metabolism. -you should try to have a combination of carbohydrates & proteins ,you can have a bowl of oatmeal or dalia along with milk & some fresh fruits cut into it,have an egg with whole wheat bread ,sprouts, yoghurt ,idli, poha, pasta, nuts such as almond, walnuts, cashew,you can have any of the combinations & keep varying them.
