Dear lybrateuser, -your breakfast is the most important meal of the day therefore you should not miss it & have a healthy one containing a mix of carbohydrates & proteins -have egg, whole wheat bread, cheese, milk along with a fruit, a handful of dryfruits like almonds, walnut, pistachio, cashewnut -if trying to loose weight have sprouts, poha, idli, whole grain chappati or paratha, a bowl of oatmeal in skimmed milk with fresh fruits cut in it, have cottage cheese, buttermilk & a fruit.
