Hi, I wanna know the best nutrition diet for a 6 months pregnant girl. Is banana and milk is good for health if it is taken as a breakfast? Baby growth is normal. And I have no allergy. Sometimes I do vomit. and I have back pain and stomach pain also.

Best nutrition for 6 month pregnancy is rich iron, calcium, protein, and follic acid. Eat green leafy vegetables, pulses, milk banana, all seasonal fruits. Avoid un healthy food and spice. Vomiting is common in pregnancy, but if severe then visit to to doctor for that. If, pain is slightest then don't worry about that.
