Hello sir im 14 years old and from the 16th of september I found out that my right testicle shrunk and I think it's from over masturbation I went to a doctor and he gave me some medications and saw my testicles under the echo and he told me to do another echo on the veins and the testicles and a blood test. I did the echo and both doctors told me that im okay and nothing to be scared of but I still didn't go to the the first doctor and im so scared that it will be testicular atrophy and I remind you that I'm 14 so what should I do and am I okay? I am scared of surgery help me pls.
