I am having stress due to interviews. Can I increase my mirtazapine dosage from 10 mg to 15 mg for better sleep? Will it cause daytime drowsiness in the interviews?

Dear Imityaz, Instead of mirtazapine and its dose, you need to learn a non medical management of stress. Interviews are normal daytoday stress like exams. You will be facing them often. It does not need mirtazapine. Mirtazapine is not a sedative to make you sleep better. Sedation is a side effect of mirtazapine. Please learn Jacobson's deep muscle relaxation exercise or yoga/pranayama or meditation or anything your family members ask you to practice.
