I have a very sensitive dental problem. Am addicted to drink or eat very cool stuff. When I do that am getting severe teeth pain. How to resolve this.

Stop eating too cold drinks or food. Start using any desensitizing toothpaste like sensodyne twice daily. Apply the toothpaste on your teeth with finger and leave for 2 minutes. Than brush normally with ultra soft bristle brush. The result will be seen within a month.

Teeth become sensitive when there superficial enamel and dentin layers become thin by attrition or abrasion or excessive grinding or over brushing, what ever the reason but the solution is that you get it checked by a professional dentist nearby you, if your problem is minor or there is less structure loss your dentist will prescribe you with a desensitizing tooth paste and mouth wash, but if some tooth have excessive structure lost than you will need to fill them by your dentist I hope it help thanks & get well soon.

This could b either due to sensitivity due to loss of enamel surface or due to decay of tooth. Tooth decay can b treated by filling of tooth or by rct n capping of the decay is deep. Sensitivity can b reduced by using desensitizing toothpaste such as senquelf or sensodyne toothpaste by rubbing some amount of toothpaste onto your tooth surface n wait till 5 mins before rinsing it off. Get your teeth evaluated by dentist to know the cause of your problem n get treated accordingly. Regsrds.
