Yesterday I got my blood reports. It shows alt and ash levels very high. I read on internet that these levels indicate the health of liver. Please tell if my understanding is right. Hide me what causes these levels to rise. Besides taking medicines how should I control them. Are there food that I should avoid. Thank you,

Are you referring got & sept levels? high levels do signify something is bad with liver. To maintain liver health avoid excess oily deep fried foods, no alcohol. Alcohol is usually the main culprit. Take ayurvedic drugs like tablet vimlive forte two tabs twice a day for a month or so.
