-eat healthy. Don't skip meals. -drink milk shake twice everyday. -eat bananas and eat protein filled foods. - do not smoke or drink much alcohol. -lift weights. This will naturally make your skin better as well. Follow cleansing toning and moisturizing regimen every night before sleeping. Also do mild scrubbing on face twice a week.
