For last five years I am suffering from obesity. It has been very difficult for me to survive in this type of critical condition. Also I am suffering from very high blood pressure which became sometimes very low. I am also suffering from blood sugar. I also have joint pains. It is becoming very difficult for me to understand what the problem really is? I feel weak to walk talk and anything that comes my way. Can you please tell me what my problem is and how I should cure it. I get up early in the morning and I jog please tell me the exact problem of mine.
