From last few months I am sleeping a lot, I always feel very tired and moody. Not able to concentrate on anything properly. Tried doing yoga for few days but no improvement. What should I do to get back my activeness and fitness?

Hello lybrate user, - any kind of stress may lead to this and bcz of harmonal variation mood swing do happens - change your life style and food habits that will make you active and happy always - have always food in time and which shld be freshly prepared home food - avoid outside food, cold beverage - go for brisk walk early in the morning - have very light food while going to bed - have a glass of warm water after every meals - avoid food which is heavy to digest like chees paneer urad daal curds - you can have triphala in the form of powder or liquid daily twice before food. Just do this fr 15 days. You will be better. Thank you.
