My 25 year old female friend is having weight problem. Her weight is 70kg. She looks like 35 year old. Her belly is also large. Please suggest some ways to lower her weight.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and go for swimming and skipping. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes and do belly exercise. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Don't take rice at night. Avoid junk food and oily food. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals.
