Hi, I am 33 year old female, currently expecting my second baby. I had my double marker test on 13th week. Below is the test result: papp-a: 2183.00miu/l 0.69mom, free--hcg: 26.83 ng/ml 0.76mom, nb: present, nt: 1.6 mm 1.04mom, map: 90. 00mmhg 1.04mom, utpi: 1.55 0.94mom, my doctor mentioned there is borderline placental insufficiency and advised to take tab ecosprin 75 mg daily until 32 weeks. I would like to get another opinion here please, as I hear mixed responses about ecosprin during pregnancy. Thanks in advance.

Ecosprin 75 is very common these days so there is no cause for worry. Take it at bedtime and get a baseline coagulation test done. Eat a lot of protein and take rest especially after lunch. All the best for a successful and smooth journey :)
