Hello, I am 18 and from India. I just started using whey protein. I take one scoop right after my workout in water. My trainer suggested me to also go for Liv 52 tablets as they protect from any harm caused to the liver. Please tell me if I should go for it, and if yes, when should I take the tablets?

Why take anything which can harm your liver. Go for pulses, paneer, soybean and nuts. If non veg then egg whites, fish and chicken. But remember that you require not only proteins but a well balanced diet.
