Doctor I am a patient of anal fissure from approximately 12 years. It occurs frequently after days I have to take antibiotics painkiller for osil tube but after it yours I stop the medicine then after 2-3 days it again occursplease suggest me what to do is there any injection to cure the anal fisher or any surgery laser surgery to cure it please suggest me.

Plz go for surgery if recurrent Fissure... Laser is a better option if available otherwise open procedure not bad... Go for surgery earliest possible
