Rohan upadhyay age 34 I play badminton for approx 1 hr in the morning breakfast around 9 am I have somewhat sitting job I feel really tired and sleepy around 10.30 I am unable to concentrate in my work what should I do keep my self energetic and active should I add something extra in my breakfast?

byou can add green juice which is very healthy. bottle guard, beetroot, carrot, gooseberry tomato spinach coriendor pudina whatever available wash properly, crush it sheeve it add black salt , bhunajeera according to taste. you feel very energetic n fresh.
