I am 26 year old my health is little bulky. My tummy is outwards I eat a little lesa but still my fat do not goes l. please help.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. You should do abdominal exercise. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits, sprouts and vegetables in your diet. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night. Take small and frequent meals.
