So without height I can not tell you what should be the exact weight but weight gain is not a big issue, it is very difficult to loose. So don't be disappointed. Weight is not dependent on your age. It depends on your height. In your case (for 5 ft 5 inches height) you should be about 55 - 60 kgs. For that the first step is to work out. 45 minutes of either yoga or gym or cycling is recommended. Include plenty of proteins in your daily diet like - eggs, soya, pulses, sprouts, milk, panneer etc.
