I have recently started going to gym. My right shoulder pains internally whenever I do exercise. I though that it will be for few days but this pain still continues and this is my 3rd month of gym.

No doubt of your shoulder. If the pain in shoulder continues for long hours. Must take xray of shoulder. If pain only caused during workout then apply icepack or heat fermentation with diclofenac ointment to reduce pain.

Do better don't continue the exercise unless to rule out any internal muscle strain or of pathological reasons do take ust and laser therapy for pain relief for 12 days followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist best wishes.
