Sir/madam my problem is that I am a diabetic patient I am 45 years old, and I am facing premature ejaculation, the semen comes out before entering the vagina. Please suggest any medicine to fix this problem till now not taken any medicine and am taking only metformin 500 mg and glimepiride 1 mg. Please valuable advise. Thank you.
