I have green vaginal discharge from past 3 years I noticed a lump and a genital wart like growth near my vaginal opening i'm scared that I have hpv and cellular changes have occur which causes green vaginal discharge as I know hpv can present for several years in body i'm not sexually active at all and i'm just 21.
