My mom is 70 years and has been taking pregabalin & methyl cobalamin 75/750 mg and gabapentin 400 mg with nortryptline 10 mg together for almost 12 years for diabetic neuropathy. Is it ok to stop any on of the medications like for like alternative days initially and eventually increase the gap. Which one should she stop if she decides to stop any one of it? Please advise.
