My first baby is 8 years old. And until now we never wanted a second child. But now we are confident enough to take care of two children. So we want to plan for a second child. 1) any woman at age 35 at delivery time in advance must understand and accept higher risk for baby as well as mother. 2) meet gynecologist for first discussion and then if decide in favor of pregnancy for reports, vaccinations and supplements.
