Hello Heena, you need to reduce weight and that will help you to reduce fat from belly area.Eat frequently in small portion. Take Breakfast of oats / milk Cornflakes/ poha / upma / Idli sambar lunch 2 Roti / 1 bowl rice + dal / chicken / fish + vegetable evening snacks green tea + fruit / dry fruit dinner same as lunch or oats / millets porridge or khichdi with vegetable Drink atleast 3 liters water walking 30 min daily
