My frd did one big mistake in his childhood. When he was in school he cut off all the hairs from his hands. But now he is in degree. And he has long and thick hairs on his hands. He always worrying about this. He feels very ugly. He only told me to ask this questions. He want hairs but smaller and thinner. To get like this hairs what he should do? 1) if he apply veet cream then hairs will come thinner or thicker? Grow back longer or smaller. Plzz Help him. He is very serious about it.
