I have been through a accident my wrist is broke and doctor put a plate in that. Suggest me some exercise or food to have a healthy hand like before accident.

Wear wrist brace which will help to heal the broken wrist. Once the wrist fracture is healed then exercises can be started which can be dipped in hot water and you can do under water fermentation which will help for better movements. It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium levels in the body. If the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.
