I am 37 years old male and facing phimosis problem, in flaccid stage, it goes completely backwards with help of coconut oil but when erect, it dies not go backwards and induce pain while taking backward, can you please suggest how to apply any steroid cream on foreskin and penis? Is it fine if steroid cream touches penis glance while applying on foreskin.
