I was having severe hair fall since 1 nd half years then I went to doctor in aiims, I was diagnosed with fphl+telogen effluvium. I was suffering these problems below:- 1) diffuse hair fall 2) decrease density overall 3) central partition width increases 4) mild increase in hair shift diameter variability. Then doctor of aiims prescribed me minoxidil 5% (1 ml daily at night) and follihair tablet (once in a daily). He also said to continue that medicine for 3 months and report back. So, i'm having my medications (minoxidil nd follihair) since 13th june and as i'm unable to take consultation again from there, I have this question that should I stop taking follihair tablet and continue with minoxidil? My hair fall problem has been reduced pretty much and new hairs are also growing. I want to continue minoxidil coz I have to study hard in coming 2-3 months for my exam nd during this period hairfall would increase if I stop using minoxidil. So, I just want to ask can I stop taking follihair tablet nd continue minoxidil for some more months? Also sometimes I feel abdomen pain after consuming follihair tablet.
