Sir hi I am ryan, I have jock itch in the groin area. I've been using fourderm and quadriderm past 2 months. No improvement but it's spreading more now. My cousin has it since he went to a dermatologist and was found to have that disease, so I suspect that I got it from him since we live in the same house. I'm very shy to talk to my elder brother about the issue i've been facing. My dad is out of the country and my mom passed away so please help me i'm struggling a lot.

Firstly, you need to stop both the creams. They will rather worsen the condition. Apply luliconazole cream twice daily on the rash, for 4 to 6 weeks. Maintain personal hygiene and avoid sharing of clothes, soap and towels.
