Sir my hba1c was 30th may 10.3 I taking vildary 100 mg day one ofter 3 months 28 august my hba1c is 7.3 now I am taking januvia 100 mg l have vitamin d low I am taking vitamin d tablet 125 .128.120 /. Pp. 135 140 111 like this. Kindly advise.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user I need to see your prescription 1st if the hba1c is still high the we have to start insulin therapy along with oral medications. Once the glycemic control is good you can continue with oral medication. Now we have to change your medication completely. Tests-fbs ppbs hba1c serum cholesterol do follow-up with reports.
