My wife is suffering from frequent headache especially in the neck area, back of the head and behind ears. I have consulted psychiatrist having thoughts it to be as tension headache who prescribed nexito ls and subsequently nortrip for headache. But to no effect and seeing no improvement. She is also suffering from insomnia every three to four days. Now afterwards I consulted neurologist who advised mri brain which comes normal. Other blood tests have also been done and all the parameters are normal. The neurologist also prescribed tablet nortip, tab. Rizact 10 but all ineffective. Now it seems impossible for us to rule out the possible cause of headache and thus unable to start treatment. Please suggest what to do next. How to diagnose the actual reason behind headache and what are the treatment options.
